Did u follow these steps??
start game
run hotfix
run xfproject
run MH UI
than u can start searching match

U must follow these and working on EU, aram, PVP . the rest didn't tested by me

TY it worked now
i dont know maybe the problem is cuz i was trying it on practice tool
