how to protect your main account in league?

if i'm using league cheat on account and the account got banned it is risky to open my main account after that??? is there's anything to do before opening my main account, getting a new ip maybe?? or changing dns?? any help will be appreciated

so if the account got banned its safe to open my main account?? riot won't track my ip or something? because i heard from people that if you used hack and got perma banned all the accounts that you're going to open on that pc will get banned and you need to change your ip before opening another account ... is this true?

no i've seen a lot of people at facebook who getting perma banned because someone has used a hack at the same pc they're using.. and i think if you got banned for elo boost they will give the ban for your ip not the acc same for cheating maybe? i hope someone with experience tell us
