I just played some samira games without script and she seems so broken? What you think ahahaha i cant stand playin against one they basically heal 3000k hp each second

She does too much as an adc. Her kit revolves around resets and style points. Even though she got a big nerf on hp and ult damage, it doesn't make sense how she can outscale that much.
