Mouse polling game stutter

No idea if anyone of you ever had this issue
when you move your mouse you get stutter in games as if you would have low fps, but the fps doesn't drop actually
I was able to find it has something to do with the mouse polling, like when the mouse is at 1000hz it happens, when yous et the mouse to 250hz, no issues
I did read many articles on many different sites and no one has a solution for this issue
it happens in specific games like Hunt showdown, valorat, and a few others.
i have a 2080ti i9 9900k and 32gb ram that stuttering shouldn't be happening but unless I decrease the Hz its there in these titles
does anyone have an idea what I could try

also it's not mouse-specific it can happen with other mice too

Try chaning dpi in mouse and changing precision effect disabled in m.settings

Try closing some unwanted apllication running and run ur defender once a day
