I used this cheat and got OW ban a month ago. At least it wasn't a VAC.
That's my fault when i played too obvious so people reported me.
If you play properly i think you won't get OW or VAC

Arkadaşlar hile belli etmediğiniz sürece vac ban attırmaz. Hileyle oynadığım süre boyunca hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Oyunu bıraktım aradan 2 3 ay geçti ve vac yedim burdan şunu anlıyoruz csgo da dedektiflik muhabbeti olduğundan overwatch a düşünce ban yemişim. Hile belli etmeyince ban atmıyor yani.
