I started chewing gum until I finally stopped craving cigarettes. But sometimes it didn't work out, but now it's been a year without cigarettes. i u rly want it u can do it.

The main point for doing/not doing something is a strong decision, some of friends has suggested vapers, I believe any tiny habits leads to big ones, if one wants to give up something he/she would give it up at once

The first few months are really the most difficult, I confess. It's extremely high stress, you get pissed off about anything, but the best way to deal with it is to focus on a routine, something that can distract your time, and soon you will realize that you are no longer addicted to cigarettes

I tried to play sports and exercise often, whenever I felt like smoking a cigarette and did push-ups or started a run, skipped rope, any exercise that could relieve me and it really worked, the stress was gone, the urge to smoke was gone. Although exercise may not work for you, you may be able to find something else that might rob you of the urge to smoke at that moment, no matter what it is, dance, run or even squeeze an anti-stress ball if you find something that can distract you will help you stop smoking.

I started on the patch today and it has helped me drastically reduce the amount that I smoke. I've also tried eliminating triggers, like not smoking while I drive.
It's a good start. It is very complicated at first, but soon you will be able to handle it better, and I really hope that everything works out.

I started to vape, somewhat helped. Right now I'm on champix and almost at a month of no vape or smoke. Just ruins my stomach everytime I take the damn pills.
Thing is, I enjoy smoking so quitting is quite difficult for me. Needed some medication to help. Now unfortunately as a result, I'm starting to cough mucus and everytime I cough I wonder if its due to the mucus or covid. LOL.

i bought a vaper with e-liquids, 0,6 of nicotine.. i stop smoking for now. I used to smoke for 2 years

Was simple, switched to vape and over a year reduced the nicotine in the mix till 0.
