What is your best advice for a code obfuscator for .NET? I am considering free options, but paid ones will also be appropriate if their protection is really at the proper level (in the future, it is possible to switch to paid versions)

i would always use free ones , or own written , paid ones are not rly worth it (permanent ones without monthy/yearly sub are ok too unless they are 100€+ lol)

hmh i would NOT recommend VMP or Themida since they are known well and there are many bypasses i recommend writing your own protector since thats not hard in .NET.
