Yeah although cheat is undetected, many reports will lead to a review ban. I have had a few reports while raging and expect to be banned #worth. Clout gaming lmfao.

Kind of true but it's more on how you play. I have around 41 hrs in rage esp hacking, and people notice more where you aim in relative to information. They won't care if you get an ace or 30 kills, they will care when you preaim and shoot suspiciously or enemy dies too often to no information turbopeeks. Best play is to hold angles diagonally as far away as possible with sentinel picks to play around information.
In that regard if you do not want to get banned as fast as I am probably going to get banned play defensive picks like Sage, Cypher, Killjoy, Chamber and Sova that can peek early, or use abilities to gather information you can tell your team.
