Which are the best champs for 1v1?

I got many and many kids that wants to 1v1 me and they are playing Naus, Nocturne, Rek'Sai, etc. These champs are op at lvl 3 I lose everytime I have to 1v1 one of these champs even if im dodging all of his skillshots. They wanna 1v1 on ARAM, and I dont know the items in ARAM that are overpowered. Can someone tell me a champ that its very good at pushing, cuz we 1v1 until we destroy nexus.
