I think the only way to know the forum username of the accounts that are sold by these people is to buy it.
I also got tricked that way somewhere in 2020, when I was looking for a scrypt for LoL.
I paid 60€ to finally receive a txt file with the logs of an MH account to use Windsharp.

Account name was : roxoxe4160
And if i remember fine, the website selling this account was a poor and cheap website made with Wix.

But in any case the site was only a showcase inviting you to join a discord on which no member had permission to write in any section. Payment was made via CPS prepaid cards. Already there, it smelled bad, but I wanted so badly to try the scrypt of the video that I paid. I got tricked but was able to use this account for a while before he got banned from MH for some reason that I don't know. (by the way as I was using Windsharp at that time, all my LoL accounts were banned lol)

But it allowed me to discover MH
