In my case this only appears when i press CTRL. Check you bindings maybe. You may have chance it to space, always active, or something else
Check every option in the menu in training mode.

Check the key bind section you must have set it to toggle, for me it is on hold and when ever i am pressing ctrl it shows the menu to me, however it may be different for you so check your keybinds
