after wins they often pair me up with bad teammates

there are several methods but the higher your winrate the more addicted people and good players you will play against, try not to buy accounts too because they come with a bugged mmr

its pretty annoying , u see some players inting and spam win streaks and you tryhard goes 20/5 or something but you have 4 teammates that wants you to lose .
it's more common in High elo then low elo since the team performance impact alot the output of a game.
every champselect i check my teams i see them full lose streaks autofills and enemy teams full winstreaks main roles.

so yeah if anyone have an idea how losers queue and winners queue work ?

if ur winning u get paired with players who also won a lot and if ur losing u get paired with players who also lost a lot
