What's up with some members using ChatGPT?

I'm new here, and I don't mean to offend anyone but something has caught my eye that I can't stop thinking about..
I've seen some members leave comments and create posts using ChatGPT, or another AI text program. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing, I'm just curious as to why they're using them.

Is it because of language barriers? Too lazy to write on their own? Or some other unknown reason?

As I said, I mean no hate and don't want to offend anyone or make anyone angry, I'm just curious..

People do this when they want to comment but they don't have the knowledge on a certain thing or topic. As you know we have ranks here in mh and to increase the rank in this website we need to comment.
