hey guys i recently had a lucid dream for the first time. i knew it was a dream and how i slept but i couldnt open my eyes and it was more dreams combined into one. what did you lucid dreamed about?

I used to lucid dream when i was very little. Since then, i can't know for sure if i am dreaming or not. I also tried to astral project a few times in my later years, but it takes too much effort, so i gave up on it

I once had a dream in which I saw myself lying in bed, it was as if it were in third person, I remember that in the dream I went to my window and saw the sky and it was completely different from what we see, it was as if it were an ocean, full of luminous things passing quickly, then I got scared and woke up, it was the only time I had a dream like that, in 2009
