How to quickly increase honor level in LOL, after having honor reset due to punishment?

Hey guys! I recently received a LOL chat punishment for 7 days and my honor was reset.
I got a score of 0 out of 3 before level 1. I want to get at least honor 2 before the season ends.
Does anyone know how long it would take, more or less, to get honor 2 playing only ARAM?

I didn't understand. I don't know what this has to do with the question I asked.
I wanted to know if playing ARAM, I could increase my honor 0 to honor 2 and how long it would take or if it was better to play ranked.

U need to get 3 honors in a game and u will get 1 out 3 if I am not wrong.
