I need help with my graphic card

I have a dell latitude E6540 with a graphic card amd radeon hd 8790m but it doesn't work properly, when I activate it my laptop crash sometimes and getting hot 97 C sometimes even 100 C, the laptop is old generation so it can handle up to 105 C but still I can't work with it, I disable the driver of the card graphic, I work for now with the integrated graphic card but please I need a solution, please if anyone had a problem like that before or any recommendation to solve this problem.

look here it is shown in task manager, but in dxdiag it is not there, seems like it is connected to hardware bit not working at all...

maybe you have viruses in your disk, 2nd try install another window version, i used ghost version, why? because it easy to install and optimized as well, and good playing cheat like we are cheater in here right
EX: update verssion 20h2 or whatever suitable for valorant cheats ghost windows easily doing that
