Why developing hack for league of legends isn't possible?

Why is it possible to keep on updating and developing hacks for valorant but is not possible for league of legends? I mean they both are using vanguard as an Anti cheat so what's the difference?

There is nothing in games that cannot be hacked. All games are vulnerable to hacking, but this game has good protection

I had take years to learn how to make cheat for valorant bypassing vanguard and will take sometime to make the same for League of Legends.

I know that already scripts running on vanguard, but those people are paid to developer thoses scripts full-time, and this is not the case for the staff that developed the script for lol on this site.
