After press load, open the game. Or first open the game, after press load. Hack is not internal, it is external. Thats why there is no option like waiting for game.

If he did what I said in this thread, he can not get ban. Just play safe, do not use misc features. Only use esp and a little bit aimbot. You will not get ban. Otherwise if u use misc settings like telekill, you will get ban after 1 game.
Also, just press load and open the game, then press insert. You will see the menu. If you can not see, set the game to window mode, not full screen.

If u can read thread, I already said it. Set your hacks in windowed mode, after you set them, just switch to full screen..
