It depends can u put the parts together build a pc(Which is pretty easy), What games do u want to play at what resolution, Like if u want to just play fps games like valorant competivily u need a high refresh rate monitor so a good percentage of your budget should go to the monitor honestly , or if want a general do it all computer go with a Alienware pre build i know there arent that good but the support that u get is really good. Because dell is a big company they have a one week repair policy

PSU: go for 850 watt 80+ gold at least
Storage: at least 500gb NVMe ssd and any other HDD as you want for data
Mother board: get anyhting from Aorus or MSI just supports 10th gen intel cpus
Ram: at least 16gb ddr4 search for the highest Mhz you can get
and the case any thing with good airflow
