why it show that i've turn on ad block even though i do not have ad block extension on my web browser? Currently i use Google Chrome. I have try to use another web browser and it still give the same result.

I recommend that you use the Edge, those that have the same chrome base that the opera has been bugging lately. If you are still experiencing problems, try reinstalling.
