same stuff happens for me, when i click on one of the ad's it says confirmed, but nothing happens (im using origin and im in apex while i do it, do i have to have it closed?)
If nothing worked, try opening a different browser on your system, i had the same error and all i had to do was open Microsoft Edge and open the website through there and complete the ads.
