This solution works for me and I hope it works for you all. Peace!
i found a very simple way to fix this issue on the windows 10 version
1- Go to windows 10 (settings)
2- Click on (Updates and Security)
3- Click on (View Update History)
4- Click on (Uninstall Updates)
5- Find the (Security updates of windows 10) installed on November 2021 click on it and then uninstall it after restarting your PC I hope it will work.
i have already uninstalled so that's why you can not see it on the pictures that I gave you the link if anyone needs my help I can do it through Team Viewer or Ultra Viewer.
