Format temiz bir çözüm ama ben sadece Revo Uninstaller programı ile oyunu sildim program trace leri de temizliyor olmalı ki ben hala ban yemedim

Dude it appers your hwid is banned ... you cant play this game you have to change ur mb or hdd
Or Use HwidSpoofer(https://ui.memoryhackers.org/game/global-hack-tools)
everytime u turn on pc use spoofer then head into game
if you get ban again the problem is the cheat ..
