in theory you can reach high elo with any champion, but I suggest good carries like draven, yasuo, cait, champions that deal absurd amounts of damage in the late game and that are well used by the scripts
if you good at one champ you can get up to like platin or diamond.After that your team need to pick stronger comps,so you need to learn play every champ
