Myojo makes Japanese ramen. This is their “premium” line of instant noodles. hey have a few flavors, I like the soy sauce and cold noodle flavors. Very salty, but great flavor and quality. Air dried rather than fried noodles (I prefer air dried wherever possible).
IndoMie
Indonesian stir-fry noodle style. Again, they have a few flavors. Ignore the ones with soup. Get either the spicy or mie goreng. Sweet, salty, strong flavor.
Sun noodle instant ramen kits
These are in the refrigerator section. Pretty hard to find, actually. Most places don’t have these. Fresh noodles with liquid soup sachet. The tantanmen is my favorite. Myojo also makes some refrigerated ramen kits but they’re not as good imo.
Shin Ramyun
Everyone knows these. Classic Korean flavor and thicker, starchier noodles. Most Korean instant noodles are thicker and have thicker broths to match. I actually don’t like these so much, but lots of people do.
Samyang
Another Korean noodle maker. Most varieties without broth but a very spicy sauce sachet instead. I like these more than shin ramyun, personally.
Mama
Thai company, they make a huge variety of flavors. I find the creamy shrimp tom yum and green curry flavors to be the best by far. They also make a duck flavor with air dried noodles that is good but hard to find.
Asha
Chinese company. They make some awesome broth-less Hakka style noodles which are sweet, salty, and a little sour and Sichuan pepper. Really good if you can find them. Walmart actually sells these nowadays. At least where I live.
I’ve had lots of others that I like too, but these are quick favorites.
