Can my laptop play games with cheats?

I have a Acer Nitro 5

CPU: 2.2GHz Intel Core i7-8750H
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050TI ( 4GB VRAM); Intel UHD Graphics 630
RAM: 8GB SDRAM (DDR4)
STORAGE: 1TB HDD and 124GB SSD

I was wondering if I can play with decent fps, with those specs, I'm planning on playing CSGO, and PUBG Lite. I already have cheats for CSGO but I want to try other cheats.
