There are ton of videos out there on youtube show exactly how to play a champion so u guys know where to find guides.
Watch and learn from others: Watch replays or streams of high-level players who main your champion. Pay attention to their decision-making, playstyle, and mechanics, and try to incorporate these elements into your own gameplay.

i played riven for over 1000+ hours and i can truly say the best way to master a champ is to play it and from time to time watch some youtube videos about it to learn it at its full potential, practicing in practice tool is also very good

My tips are to first watch videos with pros on the champion and then practice combos and macro with the character. Then it's just playing alot of games until you master them.
