- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.

1. At the bottom left corner, type '
cmd' in the Start menu's
search bar, and press
Enter.
2. Type '
ipconfig /flushdns' in the Command Prompt, and press
Enter.
3. The user has now flushed the DNS Cache and will receive a message that they have successfully done so.
4. Type '
exit' into Command Prompt or select the
red X at the top right corner of the window to exit the Command Prompt.
