Csgo matchmaking is not starting

i have csgo matchmaking error!!!!!
I have csgo prime account and before using the MH cheat there were no hackers but now everymatch i get hackers and even tho matchmaking takes more then 5 to 10 minutes to find and connect to the servers but before it only took me 20 seconds to 2 minutes to find and connect to the matchmaking servers. Btw i have no internet problem because my internet speed is over 50mbs and i get 20ms in everymatch. So plz help me with this error i even reinstalled the game and also reinstalled windows 10 pro but still the same problem!
I dont know what does 2 files missing mean and how to fix them!

THIS ERROR CAUSED DUO TO LOW TRUST FACTOR ON CSGO!!!!!!!
FOR BEING REPORTED SOO MANY TIMES.
SOLUTION FOR THIS ERROR: DO NOT PLAY FOR A WEEK OR A MONTH AND THEN START PLAYING WITHOUT CHEAT OR TRY TO DERANK IN GAME AND DO NOT REPORT OTHER PEOPLE IN GAME TOO.

ADMIN CAN LOCK THIS THREAD!!!!!

Unfortunately, if you are experiencing long wait times to find matches in CS:GO we are limited in the help we can provide. CS:GO Matchmaking takes a number of factors into account when making matches, including:
The number of players searching for the same type of match in your region.
The number of players searching for the same map and/or map pool in your region.
The Skill Groups of players searching.
Local ISP or Steam server issues, and more...

I have researched online about this issue this also happened with me too maybe try changing server I know you maybe experience lag spike or delay but it will load much faster. Or just have patient and wait I have waited for 20 minutes to just get a ranked match

If that's what they said, i don't think there is a problem with csgo. Did you try to wait long time?

Yeah i did and after 10 minutes i got match but i was not in my local server! I was in other servers with 100 + ping in game and with lots of cheaters with spin bot and they're prime acc players too and i never been in these type of severs in my life but dont know how this happened

That not really what I meant I wanted you just wait or maybe try changing server through vpn but you will get lag spike if you change your server
