ngl xerath is strong but not the strongest it is the most used scripter champ yeah cuz u are like an hypercarry with ur hit hard hit everything mentality as scripting xerath imo the strongest hypercarry scripting champs are ;Xerath,Twitch,Kog maw,vayne Honorable mention: Irelia,jinx,karthus

there is no best here, all here are good but it differentiate from person to person
