Does anyone have a config for Lucian in LPReborn?

So I've been playing Lucian latetly, but everything feels off. The R usage is terrible, the Combo using is really late, when enemy is in my range it still doesnt combo, only when im really close. Sometimes the E logic is also bad, lucian E-s into enemy etc.

To stop E-ing into enemies disablee it from the Evade Spell list. The same goes for Ezreal.
That the tip I can offer, I really don't have a config for lucian .
