Doubt about LOL Lazy Sharp ban detect

Hello guys, i see anything about 1 week 2 months ban in Lazy Sharp page...
My doubt is:

can the ban come only through reported by other players, or can it be detected just because it has been injected?

I think that only with reports, I connect people who have been using it for more than 4 months and have not been banned.
