bro just download gameloop 32 bit with direct X setting and install all runtimes drivers with vc redist

you are using 64 bit game loop
use 32 bit
download it from gameloop official website

bor first change DirectX as made in setting. and if not work then uninstal the gameloop and and downlod 32 bit gamelooop version

download the emulator gameloop and see ur windows if its x64 or x32 bit
