I think the best option for you would be a laptop with a GTX 1060.
The best bang for your buck would be this one:
but its thermals are not that good. If you opt for it I'd strongly recommend a thermal modding: processor and graphics card repaste and thermal pads on VRM's.
Another option could be this one:
- has better build quality than the Helios but a worse display. This one comes with a six-core processor, the Max-Q version of GTX 1060, SSD and room for an HDD, 2 memory slots, Thunderbolt, and a backlit keyboard. From what I understand the last bios updated screwed up fan speed and now it has some thermal problems - I don't know if they fixed this or not.
