not a good ideea he will spent so much money for nothing it s not a component problem it s just from software and can be fixed very easy by install windows you need a stick, windows in format iso, rufus the go instal windows un usb mbr or gpt partition for me it s mbr then you need to boot windows f11,f12,f8 then select the usb/uefi depends on your computer and for install it s more easy
