Çözüldü HELP recover password issue

i have an account on alcantarajvv@gmail.com email, but i cant recover its password, when i try to recover it says there isnt any login linked to that email
but when i try to create another account with the same email i cant, because there is already one.
i really want my account back, because i wanna script on lol and i already have the confirmed member role on the account.
