Yes playing league with freinds is best. Even if high ping.I usually play with that ping since I moved to another continent and I want to continue playing with my friends. I have used different cheats and although it is true that you may have some problems with the prediction in terms of orbwalker you will not have many problems

I have to say I agree with you. Its a team game and team communication is very important. They should even have option for voice chat as well not just limit it to party and premades. I think its hard for people to be toxic on voice. Its easier to say on text. My internet is fine. And I can't just move to a different country just to play league haha. Also I used to use wifi 2 years ago it was worse lol. And someone from another forum made fun of me to change internet to broadband just to play lol. But i did and I'm happy. I would love to go to sweden or netherlands or actually any EU country if I had chance like work etc.This is very sad bro, the only thing you can try to do is either move or improve your internet
