I have a strong decision for me to quit thisThe main point for doing/not doing something is a strong decision, some of friends has suggested vapers, I believe any tiny habits leads to big ones, if one wants to give up something he/she would give it up at once

I tried to play sports and exercise often, whenever I felt like smoking a cigarette and did push-ups or started a run, skipped rope, any exercise that could relieve me and it really worked, the stress was gone, the urge to smoke was gone. I started on the patch today and it has helped me drastically reduce the amount that I smoke.
