I only buy cracked accounts and since ive not had a single problem luckily i ran into accounts that are inactive for months long and are still never touched to this day

You can buy new lvl 30 accounts, or bot them yourself, and thats the best strategy to obtain accounts. Cracking is still a thing, but pretty rare these days, as the data breaches were the main source of these accounts.

if you don't mind them being active then you can take the risk to get a lot of accounts for dirt cheap, ive done this and found some diamonds in the rough one of which i use as a psuedo main that has every champ in the game and the og owner abandoned the account entirely.
