usually in my case that's burnout or a rut, 3-5 days of detoxing from soloque will allow you to come back with a fresh mental, and a fresh set of eyes for the game also during the period of not playing i put a lean on watching vods/reviews, and replays of my own to spot mistakes/figure why x play didn't work
