depends what you want to do all comes with experience just projects projects projects until you feel like you've got to a good level. took me about 6 months but this was with no prior coding knowledge

C language will appear to be quite difficult in starting but it is the base for so many lagnuages so its worth learning it.

I learned basic programming and developed a mini software with gui in 4 and a half months. so it won't take long to learn it. Then comes your practice. if you don't practice it, you won't learn in 10 years
