I assume that you are referring to the feature in Windows where the cursor moves when you type on the keyboard. This can be disabled using the following steps:
- Click on the Windows Start menu and select Settings (the gear icon).
- In the Settings window, select Devices.
- In the Devices window, select Mouse from the left-hand menu.
- Under the "Related settings" section on the right-hand side, click on "Additional mouse options".
- In the Mouse Properties window, select the "Pointer Options" tab.
- Under the "Motion" section, uncheck the box next to "Enhance pointer precision".
- Click "Apply" and then "OK" to save the changes.
This should disable the feature where the cursor moves when you type on the keyboard. If you find that you still have issues with the cursor moving while typing, you can try adjusting the pointer speed in the same "Pointer Options" tab, or you can try using an external mouse or keyboard to see if that resolves the issue
