why do you want to downgrade?

uninstall updates

You can do this with microsoft creation tool

Create a bootable USB drive with the ISO file using a tool like Rufus then restart your computer with the USB drive and access the BIOS settings to boot from the USB drive. and finally Install the older version of Windows, selecting the option for a clean install.

It's not possible to downgrade to a previous version of Windows directly, as Microsoft doesn't provide an official way to do so. However, you can try the following steps, but please note that downgrading your Windows version can cause stability and security issues, and may result in data loss, so it's important to create a backup of your important files before attempting this process:

Open the Start menu and click on the Settings icon (gear icon).
Click on "Update & Security" and then select "Recovery".
Under "Advanced Startup", click on "Restart now".
Your computer will now restart, and you'll be taken to the Advanced Startup Options menu. Click on "Troubleshoot".
Select "Advanced options".
Click on "Go back to the previous version of Windows 10".
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the downgrade process.
Note that this option is only available for 10 days after upgrading to a new version of Windows, so if it's been more than 10 days since you upgraded to version 22H1, this option may not be available. If you want to go back to 20H2 then Select Settings / Update / Windows update and click View update history. On top of history page is "Uninstall updates".

Open Settings on Windows 10.

Click on Update & Security.

Click on Windows Update.

Click the View update history option.

What he said, but if u didn't have the version before it is impossible to do so, easiest way is to backup ur files, download the 20h2 iso which u can find online and format ur windows

download the ISO file and format your pc within it

as they told you uninstall updates it won't break your pc and if did you can use troubleshoots to fix windows automatically

use an usb

same method you can try
1. install window without restart the pc
then download iso of what version of window you want to install then install it from inside of the window tick the option of remove settings and apps without any data and then after installation just turn of your window's updates so you can't upgrade to 20h2 in future again
