How to fix Orbwalker not auto attack?

I use this config LPReborn Challenger Config And How to Reduce FPS Drop [04.05.2022]
but sometimes orbwalker stil not auto attack
Is this problem caused by orbwalker or config?

Its cheat if you want newest congif write me in private and aslo challenger vonfig is lik 1 year old btoher so yeah not good anymore
