Usually, it's very simple; the less obvious it is that you're hacking the longer it will take for you to get banned.
In the past I had an Overwatch account stay unbanned for 1 year, while cheating on daily basis; I just made sure that no one had any proof that I was cheating.
Later on I was banned because the cheat got detected.
