How to not get banned with aimbot?

I have seen multiple hackers with high level IDs, RPs, items, etc. Do they not fear getting banned on their main ID or is it something I am missing that protects you from being banned when using aimbot/norecoil etc? AND they hack with such audacity that everybody knows but still they are so fearless.

Does aimbot only get banned through reports or does pubg detect it on autoban too? Sorry Im a noob to this

Every trick has a risk of ban. It doesn't mean you won't be banned. Don't use it in your main accounts. Topic locked
