I dont think you can delete it , unless you buy a new pc or just by the spoofer ? or try reached level 10 then playing the game witn scripts

If you received any early banned or delay ban like after 3 - 5 matches in any game,then congratulation you've already got Ip Ban/HWID Ban.In order to fix em' you need to woof your hardware using spoofer.Choose the right one or else it will not give proper effect to your account

If you got HWID ban from LoL then you must wait 3 months to get it removed from your pc system (even if you make many accounts, you'll still get banned). Or just buy a spoofer.

With vanguard in lol in april you will be able to test it it ban hardware but not sure if vanguard in lol will be the same as in Valorant when it come to ban. If you really want to test it fast Vanguard will be in PH in 14.5 you will just need to make a account in PH and test. 14.5 in PH in 3 days.
