Don’t play the game as much, play like 2-4 games a day at best. If you have main and smurf accounts and want to play more than 3 games a day, play the rest of the games on your smurf, where u won’t care as much about losing and not losing interest about the game. This also ensures your success in climbing on your main acc as the first 3 games are usually the games where you are the most focused

Best way to not tilt is try to disassociate from win/loss. Play to improve something instead, and set longer goals. Playing in series of 3 or 5 makes each individual game less important. If your goal is to win 2 out of 3, you won't care as much if one game has a mega inter on your team, because you won the series you set for yourself.

Well, League of legends is very toxic, i would recommend not to play that much, and if you lose like 5x dont play anymore, if you see you starting to lose stop 30min and go drink water, do smth else
