Mention the game for which you wanna use cheats and check whether the cheat is updating in the website

See if you have all the system requirements to run a game and cheat.

Because you said you formatted your computer, you may be missing some components like Microsoft Visual C ++ in your variables, also NetFramework.

Anyway, check if everything is downloaded.

I recommend downloading DriveBooster and installing the game components they have.
