I have quite such question to moderators and administration why I have already passed 7 days after registration and to the same I have 3000 messages and I still not promoted in rank?
You DON't have to respond to regular users
Delete the topic when you answer my question or close it

Since the moderator and admins are busy there's a chance that they may see this thread but wont reply. Regarding on your problem I think you need to be patient and wait for the update of your forum account.

The way i see it, its like this if u spam or reply to a thread thats considered spam..like thread thats been answered before the mods will delete that so ur messages count will drop, at least that what i thing happened to me
